We collect the name, email address, company, enquiry topic, and message you choose to submit through our contact or review forms. If you make a payment after a service agreement, the payment provider processes payment details; Karnveer.com does not store card, UPI PIN, or bank-login credentials.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, prepare or deliver agreed services, provide payment or support assistance, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and retention

Form submissions may be transmitted through our email delivery provider and payment transactions may be processed by an authorised payment provider. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, service, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
