Terms and conditions

Effective 8 September 2026. These terms apply to services supplied by TECH STARTUP HELPER AND MARKET RESEACHER through Karnveer.com.

Services

We provide computer consultancy, software engineering, AI systems, automation, research, and related digital services. Each engagement is subject to a written scope, proposal, or invoice that states the deliverables, amount, milestones, and timetable.

Quotes and payments

A quote is not an obligation until accepted in writing. The exact payable amount, currency, taxes if applicable, and payment schedule are shown in the applicable proposal, invoice, or authorised payment page before payment. Payments must relate to a confirmed service engagement.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, lawful content, timely approvals, and access needed for delivery. Third-party subscriptions, hosting, advertising spend, and platform charges are not included unless expressly stated in writing.

Intellectual property

Pre-existing tools, templates, research methods, and reusable components remain the property of their respective owners. Deliverables and usage rights for a project are set out in its written scope or invoice.
