Service delivery and payment policy

What customers purchase

Customers may purchase discovery and consulting, AI and automation design, software engineering, systems integration, market research, or agreed support. This site does not sell physical goods and no shipping is involved.

Pricing and payment

Services are quotation-based because scope, integrations, and delivery effort vary. Before an online payment is requested, the customer receives a written proposal or invoice stating the service, exact payable amount, currency, applicable taxes if any, milestone, and payment due date. The final amount is displayed before checkout.

Delivery

Delivery dates, acceptance criteria, and milestones are set in the relevant written scope. Digital deliverables may include consultation, documentation, source code, configuration, access credentials, or hosted work, depending on the agreed project. No project is considered delivered merely because a payment is made.
