The platform features a multi-tiered architecture tailored for three distinct operating levels: Super Admins (managing multi-company portfolios and subscription provisioning), HR Admins (running shift rotations, overtime rules, leave cycles, and 1-click salary releases), and Employees (clocking in via GPS/biometrics, downloading encrypted payslips, and submitting tax declarations).

Statutory compliance was built directly into the calculation core: automated computations for EPF (Employee Provident Fund), ESIC (Employee State Insurance), Professional Tax (PT), and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), generating compliant salary slips and challans that ensure 100% adherence to Indian labour codes.
